WACO, Texas -- Ronnie Battle of Bacone College (Okla.) and Sanetra Jackson of Langston University (Okla.) head up the 2009-10 RRAC Men's and Women's All-Conference Basketball Teams, which were announced today.

Battle was named to the men's basketball first team and was selected as the Player of the Year, while Jackson earned the women's Player of the Year honor and a spot on the first team for the second consecutive year. Langston's Jerome Willis was named women's Coach of the Year, while Marquet Norfleet of Texas College and Russell Vanlandingham of Our Lady of the Lake University (Texas) were named men's Co-Coaches of the Year.
