

Frederick, a 6-foot-8 senior forward, averaged 29 points and 10.5 rebounds in a 2-0 week for the Rams. On Jan. 19, he poured in 30 points for his seventh game to hit for at least 30 this year. He added eight rebounds in the 105-79 victory over Southwest (NM). He then notched his seventh double-double of the season with 28 points and 13 rebounds in a 79-69 win at Langston (OK). For the week, Frederick shot 66.7 percent (20-of-30) from the field, 50 percent (6-of-12) from 3-point range and 92.3 percent (12-of-13) from the free throw line.
The native of Oklahoma City, Okla., ranks second in the NAIA in scoring (25.9 ppg), ninth in rebounding (10.2 rpg) and 20th in field goal percentage (.561).
The Rams are back in action on Saturday, when they host LSU-Shreveport in the fifth annual Clifford Classic. That game is scheduled for a 4:00 p.m. start in the Sid Richardson Center.
