CEDAR HILL, Texas -- Northwood continued its dominance of the RRAC Men's Cross Country Championships by claiming its fourth straight title on Friday. The Knights took five of the top seven spots among all finishers including individual champion Alfred Kite, who posted a time of 25:32. Head Coach Nat Amare was named RRAC Coach of the Year.
