WACO, Texas -- Codi Starks of Our Lady of the Lake University (Texas) was honored with the Red River Athletic Conference Women's Basketball Player of the Week award for the period of Dec. 7-13.

Starks, a junior guard from Denton, Texas, recorded her third double-double of the season on Saturday as the Lady Saints demolished Southwestern Adventist University (Texas), 113-32. She dropped in 11 points and snared 11 boards along with seven assists in the game. Starks leads OLLU, 4-4, in rebounding.
