The All-Sports Award is given annually to the RRAC member institution that performs best across the conference's sponsored sports in a given academic year. Points are awarded to the top five teams in each sport and a score for each school is determined as an average across the number of sports in which a school participates. Conference tournament results are used except in the case of soccer and softball where regular season conference records determine points. The RRAC's 13 member institutions competed in 12 sponsored sports this year.

UTB won championships in men's soccer and volleyball in addition to placing second in women's soccer and baseball. The Scorpions were fourth in their only other sport, men's golf. UTB has been an RRAC member since the 2006-07 year.

Northwood finished second with titles in four sports (men's and women's cross country, women's soccer and men's track and field). The Knights registered points in all nine of its sports and earned a runner-up finish in men's golf. Northwood was third in softball and women's track.

TWU had a strong spring with championships in baseball, softball and men's golf. The Rams finished third in three other sports.

Among the other top finishers were Langston University (Okla.), Our Lady of the Lake University (Texas) and Bacone College (Okla.) Langston claimed conference crowns in women's basketball and women's track in addition to a tie with Northwood for the men's track title. First-year member OLLU earned points in seven sports including a second-place finish in softball. Bacone won the men's basketball tournament and scored in four other sports.
