        <title>[Men's Basketball] Bacone Survives Overtime Thriller over Texas College in Men's Basketball Championship</title>

        <description>&lt;div&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;WAXAHACHIE, Texas --&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;Fifth-seeded Bacone College (Okla.)&amp;nbsp;earned its first national tournament berth with an 86-85 overtime victory against Texas College in the title game of the 2010 RRAC Men's Basketball Tournament on Saturday. &lt;/div&gt;&amp;nbsp; 
&lt;div&gt;The Warriors overcame an eight-point deficit with 1:51 remaining in overtime to tie the game. Chad Tyler provided the difference by sinking one of two free throws with 3.2 seconds on the clock. Tyler finished with a game-high 28 points, while tournament MVP accounted for 19 points and 10 rebounds for Bacone. &lt;/div&gt;&amp;nbsp; 
&lt;div&gt;Texas College was led by Jacobie Bias with 23 points and Trey Manning with 22. Manning connected on two three-pointers to give the Steers a 78-74 lead early in the overtime period. LaDarren Williams chipped in 17 points, 16 boards and seven blocks. &lt;/div&gt;&amp;nbsp; 
&lt;div&gt;Bacone received the&amp;nbsp;RRAC's second automatic berth in the NAIA Division I Men's Basketball National Championship. Texas Weselyan University earned the first automatic as the&amp;nbsp;RRAC's&amp;nbsp;regular season champion. &lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/div&gt;

        <title>[Women's Basketball] Langston Claims Third Straight RRAC Women's Basketball Tournament Title</title>

        <description>&lt;div&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;WAXAHACHIE, Texas --&lt;/STRONG&gt; Langston University (Okla.) defeated Southwestern Assemblies of God University (Texas), 70-61, in the championship game of the 2010 Red River Athletic Conference Women's Basketball Tournament here on Saturday. &lt;/div&gt;&amp;nbsp; 
&lt;div&gt;Langston, led by 21 points and 14 rebounds from tournament MVP Stephanie Madden, built a 10-point lead by halftime and held on for its 22nd conference win of the season. Langston won the regular season title and received the RRAC's first automatic berth in the NAIA Division I Women's Basketball National Championship with a 19-1 regular season mark. &lt;/div&gt;&amp;nbsp; 
&lt;div&gt;SAGU earned the RRAC's second automatic national tournament berth by reaching the championship game. Chelsea Jones, a member of the All-Tournament Team, scored 20 points to lead SAGU. &lt;/div&gt;

&lt;div&gt;Battle was named to the men's basketball first team and was selected as the Player of the Year, while Jackson earned the women's Player of the Year honor and a spot on the first team for the second consecutive year. Langston's Jerome Willis was named women's Coach of the Year, while Marquet Norfleet of Texas College and Russell Vanlandingham of Our Lady of the Lake University (Texas) were named men's Co-Coaches of the Year. &lt;/div&gt;&amp;nbsp;
