WACO, Texas --  Northwood advanced to the 2013 NAIA Baseball World Series after winning its Opening Round bracket and now knows the path it will take to a national title. The Knights will face The Master's (Calif.) at noon on May 24 in Lewiston, Idaho, in the second game of the national tournament.

 

Texas Wesleyan made a bid to join Northwood in the World Series, pushing #1 Faulkner (Ala.) to the limit in its Opening Round bracket. Unfortunately, the Rams lost a second consecutive game to Faulkner on Monday, 14-2, to end their season at 42-18.
