Xavier hosts the 2025 RRAC Volleyball Championship on Nov. 13-14

WACO, Texas (Nov. 13, 2025)– The 2025 RRAC Volleyball Championship tournament is set for Nov. 13-14 at the Xavier University of Louisiana Convocation Center. The two-day event format features six teams. The top two seeds get a bye in the first round. The first-round winners will face the top two seeds in the semifinals.

Tournament overview

Qualifiers are top-seed Texas A&M-Texarkana, second-seed Our Lady of the Lake (Texas), third-seed Xavier, fourth-seed Louisiana Christian, fifth-seed Jarvis Christian (Texas), and sixth-seed Texas College.

On Nov. 13, XULA will open the tournament at 10:30 a.m. against Texas College. The Gold Nuggets marked a 7-3 record in conference and are 19-9 overall. The Steers went winless in the season with 10 losses in conference and 16 losses overall.

JCU plays next at 1 p.m. against LCU. The Bulldogs finished with a 4-6 conference record and are 13-16 overall. LCU concluded the conference season with a 2-8 record and is 5-17 overall.

The semifinals will follow at 4:30 p.m., featuring OLLU against the winner of XULA and TC. The Saints' conference record is 8-2, and they are 11-9 overall.

TAMUT will close out the first day at 7 p.m. with a match against the winner of JCU and LCU. The Eagles suffered just one loss in the conference while winning nine. They are 23-6 overall.

On Friday, Nov. 14, the semifinal winners will compete in the championship match at 1 p.m.
