RRAC announces 2025 RRAC Volleyball All-Conference Team, Players of the Year

WACO, Texas – Texas A&M University-Texarkana claimed the 2025 RRAC volleyball regular season title and reaped a host of postseason awards as a result. All conference standouts were recognized at a pre-tournament event and officially announced tonight. Awards were determined by a vote of conference coaches.

2025 RRAC Volleyball All-Conference Team

TAMUT's Paulina Dobreva was selected as the Athletic Solutions RRAC Player of the Year as well as the Attacker of the Year. The Eagles' Lauren Herz also was a double award-winner as the Defender of the Year and the Newcomer of the Year, while Ashley Rhame was named the Freshman of the Year.

To top it off, Madeleine Halford was named the RRAC Coach of the Year after leading TAMUT to a 9-1 conference mark and 23-6 record overall.

Lauren Reynard of Our Lady of the Lake University (Texas) broke up the party as the RRAC Setter of the Year, and Gabby Waden of Xavier University (La.) was selected as the Assistant Coach of the Year.

TAMUT's Dobreva, Herz, Rhame, Kaitlyn Cabral and Flor Lazo all earned RRAC first-team all-conference selections. Reynard, Mia Francis, Anais Velazquez, and Chanisty Vilarreal-Bermea were also named to the first-team. Xavier landed four first-teamers including Kennedy Campbell, Charity Metcalf, Taylor Parker, and Kamea Uitenham. Mahogani Wilson represented Jarvis Christian University on the first team.

Repeat first-team selections included Cabral, Dobreva, Francis, Parker, Reynard and Uitenham.
