RRAC announces 2025-26 men's hoops all-conference team and player of the year honors
WACO, Texas – LSU Shreveport reclaimed the RRAC regular season title this season, and the Pilots collected the spoils with the announcement of the 2025-26 RRAC Men's Basketball All-Conference Team and the conference's annual awards. All awards were determined by voting by RRAC head coaches.
2025-26 RRAC Men's Basketball All-Conference Team
Headlining the list of LSUS award-winners was Hayden Brittingham, who was named RRAC Player of the Year, Defensive Player of the Year and first-team all-conference. The junior forward from Fort Worth, Texas, was third in the RRAC in scoring at 17.9 points per game and second in rebounding with 9.0 per game. He was also second in the conference with 49 blocked shots.
Khi Wallace of LSUS was selected as the RRAC Newcomer of the Year after transferring from University of the Cumberlands (Ky.). The sophomore forward from Nashville, Tenn., averaged 15.3 points per game and led the conference with a 63.9% shooting percentage from the field. He was also fourth in rebounding with 8.7 per game.
Jason Roseberry, Jr., of Texas College earned RRAC Freshman of the Year recognition. The rookie guard from Saginaw, Texas, led the Steers with 12.9 points and 6.1 rebounds per game.
Kyle Blankenship of LSUS collected his eighth RRAC Coach of the Year award and a sixth regular season conference title. Blankenship reached the 350-win milestone in his coaching career this season while guiding the Pilots to a 20-2 conference mark and a 24-5 record overall.
EJ McQuillan of LSU Alexandria and Deovaunta Williams of Texas A&M-Texarkana were the only repeat first-team all-conference selections. They were joined on the first team by Brittingham, Wallace, Greg Crawford of North Texas-Dallas, Jordan Decuir of LSUA, Antwone Gonzales of Texas A&M-San Antonio, Jamarric Hammond of North American, Jaydin Morin-Bishop of Our Lady of the Lake, and Bentravin Phillips of Xavier.
