(May 27, 2026) – After another weather delay from this morning, Our Lady of the Lake University (Texas) and Southeastern University (Fla.) were finally able to continue their game this evening. Unfortunately for the Saints, the long delay did not work in their favor as they suffered a 3-0 loss to the Fire, ending their spectacular season in the 45th Annual NAIA Softball National Championship World Series.

(May 27, 2026) – A 10-inning 1-0 battle between Our Lady of the Lake University (Texas) and Indiana Wesleyan University ended with a bunt from Lilly Rocha to score Arianna Alejandro for the 2-1 victory and the opportunity to advance to the 18th game of the 45th Annual NAIA Softball National Championship World Series.

COLUMBUS, Ga. (May 26, 2026) – Annika Litterio pitched a complete-game shutout for Our Lady of the Lake University (Texas), leading the Saints to a 1-0 win over the University of Mobile (Ala.) today. The Saints advance to face Indiana Wesleyan in Game 16 of the 45th NAIA Softball National Championship World Series.

COLUMBUS, Ga. (May 23, 2026) – Due to severe weather, the schedule for the 45th Annual NAIA Softball National Championship World Series was adjusted, with some games pushed to Saturday and Sunday. Our Lady of the Lake University (Texas) was originally slated to play today, but its game was rescheduled to Sunday. The Saints will now face the College of Idaho at 1:30 p.m. in the 10th game of the series.

With OLLU at 3-1 and OIT at 2-1, the stage was set for a dramatic “if necessary” game, where the Saints delivered a 5-3 win, punching their ticket to the 45th Annual NAIA Softball National Championship World Series. The Red River Athletic Conference sent three teams to the NAIA Opening Round this season: LSU Alexandria (3-2), OLLU (4-1), and Texas A&M-Texarkana (1-2).

WACO, Texas (May 10, 2026) - The Red River Athletic Conference congratulates LSU Alexandria, Our Lady of the Lake (Texas), and Texas A&M-Texarkana for securing spots in the Opening Round of the 45th Annual NAIA Softball National Championship, held May 11-14. All in all, the field includes 29 automatic qualifiers, including LSUA, the RRAC regular-season champion, and OLLU, the RRAC postseason champion. Nineteen other teams earned at-large berths, including TAMUT. The 48-team slate will take place across 10 campus sites in a double-elimination format, with the aim of qualifying for the 10-team World Series. The tournament consists of eight five-team brackets and two four-team brackets, with the winning teams advancing to the final site in Columbus, Ga., from May 21-27.

WACO, Texas (April 29, 2026) – Following are the members of the 2026 Red River Athletic Conference Softball All-Conference Team and postseason award-winners as voted by the conference's coaches. Kaetlyn Dunbar of LSU Alexandria was named Player of the Year and was a repeat first-team selection. Lainee Bailey of LSUA and Annika Litterio of Our Lady of the Lake University (Texas) were named Co-Pitchers of the Week; Litterio is a repeat All-Conference First-Team winner. LSUA's Sophia Romero was named Newcomer of the Year, Kilee Moody, Defensive Player of the Year, and Head Coach Trent Partridge, Coach of the Year.  Both Romero and Moody are All-Conference First-Team recipients; Moody is a repeat honoree.
